Hannah Norris is a 25 year old wildlife photographer, conservation educator, environmental activist and social media coordinator, currently living in Chester.
At the age of sixteen, she began taking wildlife photographs whilst studying at college, and was instantly hooked. Current photography kit includes a Canon 70D, Sigma 150-600mm contempoary, Canon 100mm 2.8 Macro, Canon 55-250mm, and Sigma 10-20mm, along with additonal lighting and filming accessories.
From 2013 - 2016, she studied the BA hons in Wildlife Media at the University of Cumbria, and then the MSC in Wildlife Conservation at the University of Chester.
Wildlife photography has occured in many countries across the world including South Africa, Suriname, Grenada, Holland, Rhodes, Majorica and Costa Del Sol, and of course all around the United Kingdom.
Career wise, she has gained many incredible job roles over the years, as well as volunteer opportunities. Just a few include working as an Animal Technician and Instructor, Zoo Education Officer, Wildscreen Event Assistant and most recently as a Social Media Coordinator for Greenpeace, Chester.
Her future goal is to become a part of local and international wildlife conservation / enviromental climate charities.
